Event Planning is the art of integrating an eye-catching, curiosity grabbing, first impression invitation ensemble that will heighten your guests interest in your event with the theme, color scheme on location supplemented with the right favors and accessories. Location Evaluation- whether it is in your home, your own backyard or a hotel hall, it is imperative that your guests flow through the layout to ensure that nothing is missed. From the location of the beverage bar, the stationary or mobile appetizers, the location of the food being served or seating made available, all very important for a successful fete.
Color Theme- Colors speak, they set the mood in the right combination, if done properly and in good taste.
Favors and accessories- We will design unique favors and accessories to accent your event without offending any of your guests. They will always have something very custom about them and your guests will love to take one at the end of your party.
Food and Beverage selection must take your guest list into consideration. We can throw in some nice surprises and some pleasant first time experiences for your guests but it is always in good taste. We provide a choice of cuisines and each with a great menu selection. Italian-American, Latin, or Caribbean Islands, full meals or appetizers. We provide server service and bar tenders, if required.
Music and Entertainment- A fete is a celebration, even a funeral has to have music, so it is important to have the right music for your event. Even if there is no room for dancing or your guests are the conservative type, foot tapping is an integral part of a successful event. We can provide a variety of tasteful music and entertainment such as: DJ Variety with emphasis on event and guests, Live Jazz, Mariachi Band, Caribbean Calypso Steel Drums, Live Harp or Violinist.
We specialize in 25 to 100 people events, from baby showers, wedding showers and receptions, anniversaries and graduations or a "Just because" Fete. The planning phase of your event is done collaboratively with you, to define your guest list, taste, party theme, music preference, menu and other services that most hosts don’t think about such as "designated driver" limo safety service and location décor.
